Essential Skills for Pain Management
This program begins with 4 weekly workshops. Next, you may participate in aftercare groups to strengthen the new mind-body skills you learn. Finally, you will have access to Mindfulness-based meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates classes that are specifically designed for patients with chronic pain.

Bonnie struggled with pain due to scoliosis and extensive back surgery for much of her life. She enrolled in our workshop when her Primary Care Physician begged her to give it a try. Opioid Safety Program
The goal of this program is to provide high-quality pain management while ensuring that you are on the safest doses of opioids possible. We have a team of specialists, including pharmacists, physicians, and psychologists, that will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Sharon felt she could not work without taking her pain medications. She was unsure about working with our Opioid Safety Team, but she was also worried about the long-term impact of pain medications on her health. Sharon was able to successfully come off one of her medications. She actually has less pain now and feels more like herself again. View video
