Essential Skills for Pain Management

This program begins with 4 weekly workshops. Next, you may participate in aftercare groups to strengthen the new mind-body skills you learn. Finally, you will have access to Mindfulness-based meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates classes that are specifically designed for patients with chronic pain.

Bonnie struggled with pain due to scoliosis and extensive back surgery for much of her life. She enrolled in our workshop when her Primary Care Physician begged her to give it a try. Bonnie was skeptical but forced herself to fully participate. She hates to admit it, but her pain has really improved. Watch video
